Cameron takes 'full responsibility' over Coulson appointment

Prime Minister David Cameron has defended his decision to appoint Andy Coulson, the former News of the World editor, as director of communications, a job he later quit.

Speaking at a news conference, Mr Cameron said he took ''full responsibility'' for every decision he made in hiring Mr Coulson.
