Riots: PM tells violent offenders to 'expect' to go to jail if found guilty

David Cameron has addressed MPs on the recent disorder after a huge police operation and bad weather helped prevent a fifth night of trouble.

Speaking in the House of Commons, the prime minister stated that anyone found guilty of violent and serious offences should expect to go to jail.
