Clegg: Rioters must meet their victims

People convicted of offences relating to rioting and looting across England will be made to take part in "community pay-back schemes", deputy PM Nick Clegg has said.

Mr Clegg said that convicted rioters should be forced to repair and improve the communities they damaged, and to apologise to their victims.
