UKIP's Farage hopes to woo Tories in conference speech

The leader of the UK Independence Party, Nigel Farage, will attempt to woo Conservative voters in a speech to his party's annual conference in Eastbourne today.

He is expected to accuse the Tories of deceiving voters with unfulfilled promises on the European Union.

Mr Farage will also ask his members to consider proposals for an English Parliament.
