England riots victims' panel begins search for answers

The government's panel for victims of last month's riots in several English cities has launched its appeal for evidence from those affected.

Darra Singh, chair of the Independent Riots Communities and Victims Panel and Darrell James, a former gang member who is now a youth worker, spoke to BBC Breakfast about the panel.
