Boris Johnson London policing levels pledge after riots
Boris Johnson has told the Conservative party conference that he will ensure that police numbers do not fall below a safe or reasonable level after the riots that took place in London during August 2011.
Referring to the riots, the Mayor of London told delegates that Londoners do not want 'anything like it' to ever happen again.
