David Willetts on baton use at student fees protest
The Universities Minister said the decision to use baton rounds at Wednesday's education fees protest in London was "an operational decision for the police."
David Willetts added: "But I have to say what we want to see is peaceful protests."
And he was pressed by Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics on his previous comments on the £9,000 fees to be charged at English universities.
