Miliband: UK will be excluded from the EU

Ed Miliband claims David Cameron has mishandled the European negotiations and is more interested in the splits in his party.

The Labour leader said he feared the consequences this would have for Britain.

He said negotiations should have produced an outcome for the eurozone that meant security and growth.
