Jose Barroso criticises UK's decision to veto Euro deal
The President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, has attacked David Cameron's use of the veto, at last week's EU summit on the euro crisis.
Speaking at the European parliament in Strasbourg, Mr Barroso said the UK's demand for special treatment for its financial services would have harmed the EU's internal market.
