PCS union rejects government pensions offer

Some unions, including the PCS, have rejected the government's latest offer on public sector pensions, saying "nothing has changed" since last month's strike.

Although the health service union Unison has reached an initial agreement, the PCS turned down the civil service scheme.

Mark Serwotka, of the PCS, said Chancellor George Osborne was picking on public sector workers to solve government problems.
