Budget 2012: Osborne "will not waver" on borrowing
Borrowing this year will be £1bn lower than forecast in the autumn, at £126bn, Chancellor George Osborne has told Parliament.
Delivering his third Budget, Mr Osborne said it was a package "to reward work" and lift millions of people out of tax.
