Prescott and Fowler on government housing projects

Former Deputy PM John Prescott admitted Labour did not build enough homes while it was in office.

And Conservative Lord Fowler said his government "failed" in not replacing the homes that it sold off.

They debated with Liberal Democrat Don Foster and Peabody Trust chief executive Stephen Howlett after they watched a Daily Politics film on the Peabody Trust.
