Local elections: Tories 'deliver changes people need' says David Cameron
Conservative leader David Cameron has launched his party's campaign push ahead of English council elections.
Speaking in Derbyshire, the prime minister said his party was "delivering the changes that people need" and praised Conservative councils for providing "the best value... in the country".
Voters will go to the polls on 3 May. Council elections will also be held in Scotland and Wales, while several cities, including London, will choose their next directly-elected mayor.
