'I was too sensitive over press', John Major tells Leveson
Former Prime Minister John Major admitted he had been "too sensitive" about press articles in the past.
Speaking at the Leveson Inquiry, he said: "I was much too sensitive from time to time".
He added: "The press to me at the time was a source of wonder. I woke up each morning and I opened the morning papers and learned what I thought that I didn't think, what I said that I hadn't said and what I was about to do, that I wasn't about to do."
