UKIP on Tory deal: 'Difficult to talk while Cameron is leader'
David Cameron should consider a pact with UKIP, his elections adviser has said.
Michael Fabricant suggested offering an in/out referendum on UK membership of the EU if UKIP promise not to stand against Tory candidates in the 2015 general election.
UKIP's deputy leader Paul Nuttall said that it would be difficult for UKIP to talk to the Conservative Party "while David Cameron is still at the helm."
