Coalition review: Miliband attacks 'empty promises'

Labour leader Ed Miliband has criticised the coalition's track record and future plans - as the government laid out its vision for the second half of parliament.

David Cameron and Nick Clegg said their coalition would last a full five years, giving Britain "strong, stable and determined leadership".

But Mr Miliband said that they had failed to deliver since coming to power and accused them of making "empty promises" with "no real substance and no real detail" .
