PMQs: Miliband and Cameron clash on UK in Europe

Opposition leader Ed Miliband claimed the prime minister had lost control of his party as they argued over Labour and Conservatives policies about the European Union (EU).

David Cameron said Britain needed a "fresh settlement" with Europe, and Labour had given away "power after power" and never consulted the British people.

He is due to announce plans for a future referendum on the UK's relationship with the EU, while in the Netherlands on Friday.
