Church has 'faced up' - Cardinal
Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, former Archbishop of Westminster, has said the Catholic Church in the UK has become more 'transparent' in its dealings with allegations and scandals.
Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, Cardinal Murphy-O'Connor said the Church had 'faced up very well' to accusations of impropriety or covering-up within the Church, both in the UK and abroad.
