Immigration: Labour got things "wrong"

Shadow Home Secretary Yvette Cooper says "lessons should be learnt" on EU immigration.

Speaking to Susannah Reid on the Andrew Marr Show, Yvette Cooper said that Labour made a mistake by not introducing transitional controls or bringing in the points system earlier.

She added that the government should work at the European level to stop "benefits tourism".
