Labour's Ed Miliband: Lady Thatcher 'stirs up deep feelings'

Labour leader, Ed Miliband has described the former British Prime Minister, Baroness Thatcher, who has died at the age of 87, as ''a huge, towering figure on the world stage''.

Mr Miliband said the UK's first woman premier was ''controversial,'' and the Labour Party disagreed with much of what she did.

''Lady Thatcher stirs up deep feelings among people... but now is not the time for party politics,'' he said.
