Ed Miliband: 'We need a different way forward for our economy'

The Labour leader, Ed Miliband has told the BBC that "massive increases" in spending on the NHS "won't be available" under the next Labour government.

Speaking to the BBC's Political Editor, Nick Robinson, Mr Miliband said that people would be asking for "so much more on the heath service" but that would be "very difficult."

The Labour leader also set out how his economic vision was different to that of the coalition's policy and that of past Labour Governments.
