EU referendum: Toby Young on Cameron's European policy

Conservatives sailed through choppy waters as the European issue raised its head again, but Toby Young claimed the "Cameron Battleship" was the best way forward to deal with a referendum.

In his authored film for BBC1's This Week, the journalist and commentator said the PM's actions should force the Labour and Lib Dem leaders to make up their minds, while the Tory leader had his crew finally pulling in the same direction.
