Lib Dem election manifesto must be 'a to do list'

Nick Clegg has warned his party that coalition governments are "increasingly likely", and that in the next Liberal Democrat manifesto, "every line will be a potential government policy."

He said that did not mean "producing a bland generic set of plans", but that the election manifesto "must be a 'to do' list, not a flight of fancy."
