Labour's union reforms outlined

Shadow Justice Minister Sadiq Khan has outlined how Labour will be funded after its proposed reforms of the party's relationship with the trade unions.

Speaking to Jeremy Vine on the Andrew Marr Show, Sadiq Khan outlined the opt-in plans for trade union members which will be put to a special party conference in the Spring.

He also outlined his hopes to build a funding base on more small individual donations in a similar way to Barack Obama.
