Call for unity as TUC's annual congress begins

Hundreds of trade unionists have gathered in Bournemouth for the first day of the TUC annual conference.

Labour leader Ed Miliband could be expecting a tough reception when he arrives on Tuesday, as his plans to reform links between the Unions and the Labour Party threaten to overshadow the event.
