Scottish independence: Michael Moore on devolution vote
The Scottish secretary said people would be weighing up what was better for themselves, their families and their communities in the independence debate.
Michael Moore said they realised the existing devolved status was a "great arrangement" and independence was an "irreversible decision".
He was speaking to Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics, exactly a year before voters take part in the independence referendum.
