Conservative conference: Cameron on Russia and vodka
David Cameron hit back at reported remarks from a Russian official that the UK was "just a small island that no-one pays attention to", as he listed landmarks in British history and culture.
He told Conservative Party delegates that "this small island beat Russia in the Olympics" and that the world's biggest-selling vodka brand was not Russian, but Smirnoff was British, and made in Fife.
But the prime minister stopped short of offering to arm-wrestle the Russian president.
