David Lammy MP on Mark Duggan 'peaceful vigil' plan

There are plans for "a peaceful vigil" this weekend for friends and supporters of Mark Duggan, after an inquest jury decided he was lawfully killed by police.

Their MP David Lammy, who attended a meeting with a police on Thursday morning, told Andrew Neil said it would probably be outside Tottenham police station.

He said the Duggan family admitted the dead man "was not an angel", and Operation Trident said he was "absolutely on their list", but he had no record for violence or gun possession.
