UK economy: Recovery not secure, warns Osborne

Chancellor George Osborne has warned that the UK's economic recovery is "not yet secure" ahead of the Budget on 19 March.

It comes after the Bank of England upgraded its UK growth forecast for 2014 from 2.8% to 3.4%.

Speaking to business leaders in Hong Kong, Mr Osborne called for an increase in exports.
