Labour jobs scheme 'fully costed'

Ed Miliband has hit back at Conservative accusations that the costs of the Labour jobs guarantee do not add up.

Speaking during a visit to a south London building site, he said everyone had to benefit from the recovery in the economy not "just a few banks".
