Spending plan 'paid for and costed', says Ed Balls
Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls told Andrew Marr that all of Labour's proposed spending was all "paid for and costed".
Speaking ahead of the government's budget announcement this week, Mr Balls said a future Labour government would not make any spending commitments it could not keep and would be responsible with the public purse.
He also said he would re-introduce the 50p rate of tax for people earning more than £150,000.
