Budget 2014: 'Workers worse off under Tories' says Miliband

Labour leader Ed Miliband says that "the working people of Britain are worse off under the Tories" following this year's Budget.

Speaking after George Osborne delivered his speech, Mr Miliband said "living standards [are] down month after month, year after year".
