Soubry: Clegg v Farage debate 'not really of any relevance'

Conservative minister Anna Soubry has defended David Cameron's decision not to take part in tonight's EU debate, saying it was "not really of any relevance at all".

She reiterated her party's pledge to attempt to renegotiate the terms of UK membership of the EU ahead of a referendum it would hold in 2017.
