Speaker on braying and sneering to Siobhain McDonagh
The Speaker intervened over the "braying and sneering" and rude remarks at a noisy PMQs after Labour MP Siobhain McDonagh appeared to forget her lines.
The south London MP was questioning the prime minister about a £1,000 charge for new police recruits, which she claimed was having a "huge impact" on police recruitment, and called for it to be abolished.
She called it a "bobby tax", but David Cameron said it was not not a tax, it was not a barrier to recruitment, and the Metropolitan Police was recruiting.
