The major political parties have been importing highly-paid election gurus from overseas to help mastermind their campaigns.
The Conservatives have Lynton Crosby Australia, the Lib Dems have Ryan Coetzee from South Africa, and Labour's new election strategist, David Axelrod, is from the USA.
