European Union symbols: How to hang the EU flag

Many know the EU flag has 12 yellow stars on a blue background, but not everyone may appreciate there is a correct way to hang it.

In a film for Politics Europe , Adam Fleming spoke to European Parliament head of protocol Francois Brunagel, and Michel Tabachnik, the musical Director of the Brussels Philharmonic, as he hears about the symbols of Europe, including an EU anthem and a special EU day every May.
