Radek Sikorski: 'Rules of democracy are the largest party gets top job'
David Cameron will call for a vote from fellow EU leaders on the next European Commission president if there is an attempt to rubber-stamp Jean-Claude Juncker in the role.
Polish Foreign Minister Radek Sikorski is not a supporter of David Cameron's bid.
Speaking to Andrew Marr he said "the rules of democracy are the largest party gets the top job".
