Ed Balls: PM's EU negotiations 'cack-handed'
Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls has described the prime minister's handling of negotiations with the UK's European Union partners as "cack-handed".
David Cameron has come under fire after his defeat in an EU vote over a new European Commission president.
Speaking on The Andrew Marr Show, Mr Balls said the outcome was "catastrophic" for Britain.
