Cameron calls for 'answers' over 1980s lost dossier

Prime Minister David Cameron has said he has asked the most senior civil servant at the Home Office to try to "find answers" to questions about a missing dossier of alleged paedophile activity at Westminster in the 1980s.

It was handed to then Home Secretary Leon Brittan by Tory MP Geoffrey Dickens, and then passed on to the relevant authorities - but the file itself was not kept.
