William Hague: 'This issue of fairness cannot be avoided'
The Leader of the House of Commons William Hague has said decisions made in parliament that only affect England and Wales should only be made by MPs who represent those areas of the UK.
He was speaking after a meeting of senior Conservative MPs at the prime minister's country retreat, Chequers, in Buckinghamshire
David Cameron had been hosting the summit to discuss plans to limit the voting rights of Scottish MPs in the House of Commons and to find an agreement over so-called "English votes for English laws".
