Labour: 'We can't turn a blind eye to online paedophiles'

Some paedophiles with images of child abuse will escape prosecution, the head of the National Crime Agency says.

Keith Bristow said the NCA would have to focus on pursuing those who posed most risk but that others would face a "range of interventions".

Labour's shadow home office minister Diana Johnson condemned his comments, saying it would be "disgraceful" to "turn a blind eye" to the number of people thought to be accessing child pornography online.
