David Cameron: EU reform 'best future for Britain'

David Cameron has rejected claims an EU referendum will damage the UK economy in a speech to business leaders in London.

The prime minister told the CBI conference that he had a plan for EU reform - unlike his political opponents.

"Simply standing here and just saying 'I will stay in Europe, I will stick with whatever we have, come what may' - that is not a strategy, that is not a plan and that won't work", he said.
