Student vote warning for 2015 general election

A new system of voter registration has been introduced this year in England, Scotland and Wales.

Individual registration is aimed at improving the accuracy of the electoral roll and cutting fraud.

But research by the BBC shows that the new system may also leave many students in a position where they are not registered to vote in next year's election.
