Liz Kendall: Labour needs "huge changes" to win back power

Liz Kendall has said that welfare reform is necessary but refused to state whether she supported the recently announced Conservative government plan to cut £3bn of welfare spending.

The Labour leadership candidate told the BBC's Andrew Marr that her party needed a "positive vision" and "huge changes" to win power in 2020.
