PMQs: Osborne and Lucas on fossil fuels and pensions

The Green MP raised the issue of a Westminster lobby about climate change and asked about Parliamentary investments in fossil fuels.

George Osborne, standing in for David Cameron, told Caroline Lucas that it was "way above" his pay grade to get involved with such investments.

But he spoke of the UK meeting carbon and greenhouse gas emission targets in "the cheapest way possible" for electricity customers.
