Jeremy Corbyn: 'Tories are poverty deniers'
The new Labour leader has said that austerity is "a political choice" that the government has chosen to impose on the "poorest and most vulnerable".
Jeremy Corbyn called the Tories "poverty deniers" and accused them of cutting taxes to the rich while ignoring the struggles of the poorer people in society.
In his speech to the TUC, he said he wanted to strive for a "better, more decent, more equal, fairer, just society".
