PMQs: Speaker Bercow rejects question from Chris Philp
An excited Tory MP who tried to ask the prime minister about electricity prices was cut off by the Speaker who did not allow the question to be answered.
In a noisy House of Commons, John Bercow told Chris Philp: “We don't need to waste time on this, it has nothing to do with government policy."
