Labour MP queries Corbyn's shoot-to-kill views

Speaking in the Commons, Labour MP Chris Leslie has said it should be "immediately obvious to everyone", including his own leader Jeremy Corbyn, that the police should be able to use "lethal force" if necessary to keep the public safe.

Mr Corbyn has been criticised by some of his MPs for suggesting in the wake of the Paris attacks he did not support a shoot-to-kill approach.
