Prime Minister David Cameron has said he's "happy to be judged" on the proposals agreed with Donald Tusk, the European Council President but said "we've got to work very hard in the next two weeks".

In an interview with the BBC's political editor, Mr Cameron said "I'm not saying I've solved all the problems with Europe but this is a big step forward."
