Budget 2016: HS3 and wider M62 announced
George Osborne has announced plans for an HS3 rail scheme, the widening of the M62 between Leeds and Manchester, and improved road links in the North Pennines.
He then joked that the Crossrail 2 scheme for London would be welcomed by Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, in order for him to head south from his Islington constituency.
